Natural alternatives to Plaquenil - Sjogren's World Plaquenil certainly has risks, though at the dose taken for Sjogren's they are relatively low. I've been on Plaquenil several times for a multiyear period, but never felt I got any benefit from it. Others here have had good results, and a few have had bad reactions. I don't know of a natural product that is chemically similar to plaquenil.
